Rental Due Date & Refund Policy

All rent is due on the anniversary date of the day you rented your storage unit. If your unit is occupied on or after the anniversary date, full rent is due for that month. If your unit is occupied after that day of the month, no refunds will be given.

Extra Space Storage has a NO REFUNDS policy.

If you choose to process an online payment, we ask you provide information necessary to process your order including--but not limited to--name, mailing address, telephone number, facsimile number, email address, company name, title, credit card number, expiration date, and storage unit number.

We collect your email address in order to send you information about your transaction and its status. The credit card information collected is used for billing purposes only.
